blesses the IDF who makes freedom in Israel a reality. All I can do
is keep sending $100 every month to the IFCJ organization and continue
buying Israeli war bonds through my church which I do now. As a
Christian it is my duty to support Israel's right to exist. That's
all....they should be allowed to exist.

I was born on a farm and know a thing or two about raising corn. I've |
raised quite a bit of it. You are not going to get 155 bu/acre without
tractor fuel and agribusiness petrochemicals... that come from oil
I have a record from 1885, and they got 21 bu/acre. I remember county
fair plaques on the wall in 1948-50 for bumper crops of 45-48 bu/acre.
That was using what we now call "organic" methods and doing it in soil
that had never been abused by agribusiness.
If you want ethanol, raise sorghum; it dont need nearly the fertilizer
and dont have nearly the problem with pests. A U of GA study showed I
can, in No Arkansas, get 100-120 gallons of ethanol using only 3.5
gallons of tractor fuel.
And whereas the sour mash process produces isopropyl, which is why
moonshine is poison, fermenting sorghum juice makes rum. Every farmer
would have a roadside stand selling jugs you can drive on or drink and
the BATF would schitt a brick.
