There are other factors besides land.
Georgists are very good on the issue of land but ask one to explain
the high tax Clinton economic boom and he'll be stumped.
Generally, no good economist will every be comprehensive, even if you
omit the outright frauds at Hoover, Heritage, Am. Enterprise, the
Chicago School, etc.

Oh come now. How could the claim made by a Hoover Institution Economist -
that the world has practically infinite resoureces - be fraud?
Oil does grow in the ground by an act of Gawd doesn't it? So we have a
practically infinite source.

Henry George saw part of the problem. Too bad he didn't see the rest of
the problem or at least have the political savvy to make common cause with
the Greenbackers who did.
