US troops pull out of Afghan base after attack

KABUL, Afghanistan - U.S. and Afghan troops have abandoned a remote
outpost in eastern Afghanistan where militants killed nine American
soldiers this week, officials said Wednesday.

Compounding the military setback, insurgents quickly seized the
village of Wanat in Nuristan province after driving out the handful of
police left behind to defend government offices, Afghan officials
said.

The United Snakes is getting its ass kicked in
Afghanistan. This is very good news to all
freedom-loving people.

Perhaps America's rulers will finally learn what the
erstwhile Soviet Union and numerous other
invaders learned over the centuries -- Afghanistan
cannot be occupied, pacified or controlled. It cannot
be conquered, subdued or governed.

But if history is any guide, the U.S. won't learn that
lesson until tens of thousands of its troops have
died, it has pissed away uncounted trillions of
its treasure and squandered even more of
its international reputation and what its people
like to fantasize is its moral authority.

Can't happen too soon.

Freedom in this world will not be safe until the
rogue power that is the United Snakes loses
its taste for conquest.

The only good invader is a dead one.

See? Scratch a "patriotic" defender of American
perfidy and you'll find an undereducated, illiterate
douchebag every damn time.

Perhaps that's why so many of them voted for an
undereducated, illiterate douchebag for president.

But returning to topic . . . it won't matter how many
fat, weak Americans are sent to Afghanistan. They'll
have exactly the same brilliant success U.S. forces
had in Vietnam.

The United Snakes is utterly fucked in Afghanistan --
the "rogue nation" of its own creation.
